Return & Refund Policy

At CARIBOUELK, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All tags must be intact and attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Reverse Pickup:

  • Pickups are usually arranged within 24–72 hours after approval.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
  • Fee: A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted from the refund amount as per our Fair Usage Policy.

2. Refund Process

Once inspected and verified at our warehouse, refunds are processed as follows:

  • COD Orders: Transferred to your bank account within 1–2 working days after quality inspection.
  • Prepaid Orders: Credited to your original payment method within 1–2 working days after verification.

3. Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is washed, worn, or dirty.
  • Damage is caused by customer handling.
  • Tags are removed or missing.
  • The item was purchased during Promotional Offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free / BOGO).

4. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, please ship the product to:

⚠️ COURIER RESTRICTIONS:
Please avoid using "The Professional Couriers" as we do not accept shipments from them. We highly recommend using India Post Speed Post for reliability.

Reimbursement: For self-shipped returns, the order amount plus ₹100 (courier charges) will be refunded after verification.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp or Instagram.

6. Terms & Conditions

  • Accurate bank details must be provided; CARIBOUELK is not responsible for errors in provided details.
  • Report non-receipt of packages within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 working days in exceptional cases involving logistics or banking delays.
